Overview
A new 32,000m2 office building in the City of London for major City institutional and financial services occupiers. Designed by one of the Principals whilst at a previous practice, StudioDRA were appointed by the contractor as part of their technical design review of the original design and assisted in developing the construction sequencing to maximise construction efficiency as part of their successful tender process.
